Jumpstart Fellowship for Young Women

GreenSight’s COO and co-founder Joel Pedlikin founded the Jumpstart Fellowship in 2020 to support Black and Latinx young women interested in STEM. The program teaches engineering fundamentals through a cohort model and offers paid summer internships at robotics companies. While MassRobotics now leads the program, GreenSight remains actively involved in mentoring and providing internship opportunities.

STEM Workshops

Innovate. Build. Discover.

In collaboration with the Boston Private Industry Council, we're hosting a three-day robotics bootcamp for local high school students annually. Also, in collaboration with MassRobotics, we have supported week-long bootcamps during the summer, having students at their BlueTech Academy work through our SeaJelly STEM kit.
