Testimonials

From the beginning, I was immersed in projects that let me use the machine shop, CAD, and 3D printing to bring ideas to life. One of the most rewarding parts was tackling new software (Blender) I had never used before — a challenge that turned out to be more valuable than I expected.

Overall, my time at GreenSight was both fun and deeply rewarding.

Greensight set up a very warm and welcoming environment where I never felt afraid to ask questions and learn. I got to work alongside driven engineers who are genuinely passionate about their work. Through them, I got to experience first hand of what it means to rise to a challenge and come up with the most unique and innovative solutions. My time at Greensight was invaluable as I am able to come out of this coop with new knowledge that sets me up for success.

My internship here helped me find my spark (pun intended) in electrical engineering and gain indispensable industry skills. In a decade, if I was asked to pinpoint the moment I knew what I wanted to spend my life doing, I would answer it was the first time I sat in GreenSight’s lab, wiring up a machine and laughing among coworkers.

Co-oping with GreenSight was an excellent experience from start to finish. Through working as part of a small team across multiple projects, I was able to contribute to cutting edge technologies while growing my competency as an engineer through both high-level design and hands-on work in the lab. The combination of a flexible schedule, great and competent people, and expectations of quality helped inform the direction of my career and taught me numerous invaluable lessons.

Working with GreenSight during high school opened my eyes to a career I now love. Before starting my internship, I had no idea what I wanted to pursue. GreenSight gave me the opportunity to explore various engineering roles, helping me discover my passion and gain hands-on experience earlier than most. This early exposure made it easier for me to succeed in my college classes and stand up during my Co-op searches.
