We are seeking a driven self-motivated Robotics Technician to assemble, test, and maintain our drones and robots. You must be organized, responsible, and be committed to continuously improving the quality of your work. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced, small team startup environment.

As a GreenSight Robotics Technician, you will:

• Lead production of complete robots and subassemblies in low/middle-volume production runs of 50 to 5000
• Build engineering prototypes
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test drones and robots
• Follow, as well as help formulate and improve, procedures for manufacturing and testing
• Assist in formulating and improving the company's Quality processes
• Contribute to maintaining the manufacturing space and R&D laboratory
• Contribute to the design process through failure analysis and proposing improvements
• Grow into new roles and responsibilities as they arise

Core attributes/skills we are looking for:

• Good electronic troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hand tools and measurement instruments
• Read electronic schematics
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Desired, but not required, experience:

• Aircraft electronics, avionics and sensors
• Microcontrollers and associated circuits
• Power electronics such as switch mode supplies, BLDC motor controllers and battery management circuits
• Integration of imaging sensors and camera systems
• RF design and test
• Automated PCB testing

Salary is highly dependent on experience. It starts at $95,000/year. We expect to hire multiple candidates and are also open to part time arrangements.

Compensation package includes stock options, health insurance, short and long term disability, and 401k with match. GreenSight offers a 9/80 flexible work schedule, and gives everyone the week between Christmas and New Years off in addition to their 15 days of paid vacation.
